So,you can't apply offline.
If you're interested then you can apply for the test from 2-03-2012 to 28-03-2012 .

- Date of issue of Detailed Notification: 28-02-2012.
- Date of starting of submitting applications through ONLINE: 02-03-2012.
- Last Date for payment of Fee at AP online & SBI: 24-03-2012.
- Last Date for Submission of applications through ONLINE: 28-03-2012 5.00 PM.
- Commencement of Departmental Test Examinations: 10-05-2012 to 15-5-2012.
